Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to buy any cleaning products?
No, we bring all cleaning products, cloths and gadgets with us. If you do have a hoover and mop, we are happy to use these for ease, however we do bring our own.
If you prefer us to use your own cleaning equipment rather than our own, please let us know.
What areas do you cover?
Currently, we cover Tewkesbury and the surrounding areas such as Bredon, Twyning, Bishops Cleeve, Malvern etc... If you are unsure if we cover your area, please get in touch.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we do have public liability insurance. Any unforeseen accidents will be covered.
We're happy to provide proof of this if requested.
Is a DBS check in place?
For peace of mind, we have DBS checks in place for reassurance that you're hiring and letting a trustworthy company into your home.
Do I need to be in?
You do not need to be in when we visit, we do request you inform us of how and where to collect the keys so we can let ourselves in. Of course, we are more than happy for you to be around whilst we clean, but unfortunately we can't sit and have a tea/coffee as we may have other cleans throughout the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know as far in advance as possible if you need to cancel.
If you let us know 48 hrs before your booking, this is fully refundable.
If we cannot gain access to your home or office, or if we have no or less than 24 hours’ notice, we will be obliged to charge the full amount.
Do you offer ironing services?
Yes, we can offer ironing services, this is usually done at your home within the cleaning time given.
If you do prefer us to take away your ironing, please use our contact form or email address to discuss.
What isn't included?
We clean most things, however...
*We do not clean inside ovens/stoves, outside windows, sofas etc.. these are more specialised and we advise to use other cleaning companies for these.
*We do not take rubbish away with us, household rubbish will be disposed in your wheelie-bins.
*We do not offer laundry services either but we are happy to offer an ironing service within the time provided.
*We do not empty dishwashers unless asked.
